Food Commodities Pick-Up Dates

Commodities/Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) - We provide 30-35 pounds of groceries to eligible seniors (must meet Federal Poverty Guideline eligibility criteria).

Thursday pick-up only from 9am to 3pm (NOT BEFORE).This program has grown to over 400 boxes each month and we need your full cooperation in order to continue. Pick-ups MUST BE made on this day. If you or your designated proxy are unable to pick up on the scheduled day, we must hear from you by 4:00 pm on that day or it will be counted as a "no show". Two "no shows" within a six month period will result in removal from the program. We WILL NOT give out boxes the following day unless prior arrangements have been made. We have a lengthy waiting list so we must adhere to our policy.

As of April 1, 2010, all applicants must show ID and proof of residency on their first pick-up (proxies will need ID). Also, the rules for the program concerning pick-ups on designated days will be strictly enforced due to the number of applicants on the waiting list. We SUGGEST that you have at least 2 people as proxies on your application that can pick up for you. If you have any questions you may call us.

Tuesday - Sweet & sour chicken, brown rice broccoli, oriental vegetables, mandarin oranges

Wednesday - Meat loaf, mashed potatoes, California blend vegetables, pears, gram crackers

Thursday - Swiss steak, scalloped potatoes, carrots & brussel sprouts, fruit cup

Friday - BBQ beef on a bun, baked beans, corn, tropical fruit
