The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is a federally funded program designed to help eligible low-income Ohioans meet the high cost of home heating bills.
Application are available now and can be picked up at Muskingum County Center for Seniors. We will be assisting seniors in completing their applications again this year on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 11:00pm until April. No appointment needed.

Tuesday - Turkey sandwich, broccoli soup, coleslaw, apple juice, crackers
Wednesday - Beef & noodles, scalloped potatoes, peas & carrots, peaches
Thursday - Meat loaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, pears, graham crackers
Friday - Baked fish, redskin potatoes, beets, cantaloupe, animal crackers
