The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is a federally funded program designed to help eligible low-income Ohioans meet the high cost of home heating bills.
Application are available now and can be picked up at Muskingum County Center for Seniors. We will be assisting seniors in completing their applications again this year on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 11:00pm until April. No appointment needed.

Tuesday - Sweet & sour chicken over rice, broccoli, tossed salad, warm applesauce
Wednesday - Meat loaf, au gratin potatoes, carrots, pears, cookie
Thursday - Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes, lima beans, orange juice
Friday - Monterey chicken, brussel sprouts, stewed tomatoes, fruit cup
Choice of skim or 2% milk and choice of wheat or white bread
