The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is a federally funded program designed to help eligible low-income Ohioans meet the high cost of home heating bills.
Application are available now and can be picked up at Muskingum County Center for Seniors. We will be assisting seniors in completing their applications again this year on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 11:00pm until April. No appointment needed.

Monday - Monterey chicken, cooked cabbage, stewed tomatoes, grape juice
Tuesday - Spinach salad, boiled egg, vegetable soup, crackers, grapes
Wednesday - Johnny marzetti, carrots, cole slaw, warm apple crisp, garlic bread
Thursday - Pork roast, mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, apple sauce, brownie
Friday - Pimento cheese sandwich, pickled beets, peaches, tomato juice, rice krispie treat
