The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is a federally funded program designed to help eligible low-income Ohioans meet the high cost of home heating bills.
Application are available now and can be picked up at Muskingum County Center for Seniors. We will be assisting seniors in completing their applications again this year on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 11:00pm until April. No appointment needed.

Size of Household Annual Income
Add $7,480 for each additional person

Week of: December 15, 2014
Monday - Chicken patty sandwich, vegetable soup, tater tots, grape juice
Tuesday - Spaghetti with meatballs, tossed salad, baked apples, peas
Wednesday - Turkey roll-up, dressing, cauliflower, peas, banana
Thursday - Meat loaf, au gratin potatoes, carrots, pears, cookie
Friday - Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes, lima beans, grapes
Choice of skim or 2% milk and choice of wheat or white bread
