September is Senior Center Month
As a new generation of older adults looks to redefine retirement, there is a growing focus on wellness, work, and volunteerism. When it comes to finding tools for staying healthy and involved or information about benefits, senior centers are the place to start. This September, The Muskingum County Center for Seniors invites the community to learn about its programs and services during National Senior Center Month.
Join us for a week full of activities and special events as we celebrate "Senior Centers-Your Place To Connect" the theme of this years celebration. A host of activities have been planned from art classes to line dancing and computer classes to quilting as well as Big Reception with Cake and Ice Cream at 10:30am, Thursday, September 16. Come and meet the Board Members, Executive Director, Staff and regular attendees as they show you how to Connect at your Muskingum County Center for Seniors.
